Cancel or Modify an Order

If you need to modify an order or you changed your mind and want to cancel it, you are covered.

Although we may not be able to make every change to your recent order, you can cancel your order within one (1) hour of the time you originally placed it and create a new order with all the changes you need to make. Just send an e-mail request to cancel the current order so you can create a new order including all your changes.

If you want to cancel your order completely, then cancel your order within one (1) hour of the time you originally placed it by sending an e-mail cancellation request.

If you missed the time frame to cancel online and you still do not want the order, then after delivery of the order please contact us to return the shipment for a full refund. Please contact us to request a refund within three (3) days of delivery of the order you wanted to cancel.

Also, if you need to modify your order based on:

  • I need to change my billing or shipping address:

Unfortunately, for security purposes, we cannot change the billing or shipping address once your order has been submitted. You might still be able to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct address.

  • I need to add or remove items from my order:

You might decide that you want more or less of an item(s). We understand. If you already submitted your order, we can't change the quantity or add additional items to your order, but you might be able to cancel your order and place a new one with the items and quantities that you want.

We want to make the ordering process as seamless as possible.
